Terms & Conditions
Trip participants are reponsible for making all travel arrangements to Honduras independently. Trip fees do not include the cost of travel to and from the country. If you are registering as part of group, we recommend making arrangements together. If you are traveling independently but would like to join with other trip participants near you, please contact us at and we will connect you with other participants.
Please do not purchase any travel tickets until you receive confirmation from AcE of your trip registration. AcE is not responsible for any unusable travel tickets.
All travel itinieraries must be sent to AcE at least one month prior to the departure date.
You are fully responsible for securing and paying for: any vaccinations, visa applications (if applicable), and airline baggage charges.
AcE will provide emergency evacuation and limited medical insurance for each participant. If you require extra insurance, you are responsible for securing and purchasing this coverage.
